Description:
The CareVis Tunneler is a sterile, single-use surgical instrument designed to create a subcutaneous pathway for catheter placement.
The CareVis Tunneler – REF TU.10.18.15 – features a flexible, intentionally deformable stainless-steel shaft with a blunt, atraumatic tip and is suitable for use with split introducer sheaths up to 15 cm split length.
It supports tissue-sparing techniques for safe and controlled tunneling through soft tissue, particularly suited for wound infiltration and regional anesthesia procedures.
The instrument is optimised for use with the CareVis Set for continuous wound infiltration

- Midline Incision – inside-out tunneling along the fascia
- Lumbar Spine Surgery – tunneled placement along the incision line
